I am very happy that Alta Orthopedics has a presence in Santa Maria, the largest city in Santa Barbara County. Dr. Nathani was very knowledgeable on the subject of knee injections for osteoarthritis. This included cortisone, platelet rich plasma, hyaluronic acid, and stem cell shots. He was perfect in the actual administration of my hyaluronic acid injections. They were painless!!
