Great experience. I saw the PA and her name was Julia. She is very efficient and explain things really well. She listened to my concerns answered all my questions.

I felt offended and I wasn’t trying to GET anything out of this. I’m in pain and just because I wasn't “flinching” or “reacting” doesn’t mean I’m not in pain. I felt like it wasn’t a big deal and I was really just trying to get help. I would never recommend this practice to others and I really have to think if I wanna come back it was that bad. You made me feel like shit, a doctor shouldn’t be doing that.

My hip burcitis was addressed (cortisone shot) and a plan was made for stiffness in both hips which made me waddle. With the limp from the hip and waddle I was not myself. Time will tell.

Though the office was running late I had all the time I needed for my check up. I was assured that the hip is perfectly in place despite a couple of falls . Everyone in the office is professional and caring.

This was a follow up visit to surgery that occurred in 13 August. Very satisfactory surgery and the follow up shows that the surgery was a great success. Recovery is going well. I would like to thank the Alta team for a great job.
