Appointment was always on time, and little, if no waiting for Dr. Kupperman. Office staff was very friendly, and the doctor was informative and not in a hurry to discuss your situation with you.
Besides that, the shoulder replacement operation was very successful, and I’m happy with the outcome.

Wish I could have spent a bit more time with the doctor since I have sort of a complicated medical situation and wanted to make sure that my situation with this doctor, which fortunately didn’t turn out to be too bad, doesn’t affect the other medical stuff I need to do or am doing. The first visit is important for that.
