I really liked the doctor and all the staff I met. The only negative was the wait. My appointment was at 1:30 and I saw the doctor at 2:35. It was worth the wait though.

5 stars only because Dr. Kupperman his MA and Flor Espinosa are attentive and amazing and very caring.
All front office staff are rude. They dont make eye contact, they are snappy with answers and show their frustration to patients. I work in a medical office for 26 years and when I am busy and we are short staffed I do not externalize and treat patients rude.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with smiles, they were efficient and very helpful. Dr. Kenly was the same, greeted me with kindness, efficient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a far better experience in the Santa Barbara office as opposed to the Solvang office and would highly recommend Dr. Kenly.
