Dr. Wickman & Karina are well-worth the waiting-room time! There is always time to provide answers to questions and they communicate in a manner that is understandable.

Karina Worden is very professional and good at her job. I was in yesterday 6/14 for a cortisone infection in my knee. She did a great job and I was worried for no reason! Today I have no pain in my knee! It feels great!! Thank you Karina I really feel better!

I felt the visit with doctor and his staff was fine, the waiting period was not. I was asked to arrive at 8:30 for an appointment at 9 and saw the doctor at 10. This was not pleasant for me.

Professional, caring,great conversation and listens like there is interest in your medical problem. Dr. Birch is great like his dad was.Been to 2 different ortho drs. that could have cared less. One I would have ended up paying $8000 out of pocket, the other said live with it or cortisone.

While the wait was 45 minutes, the care was great. Shots hurt but Dr. Birch does a great job minimizing the pain. Am thankful.
