I appreciated being taken to an examination room on time where the medical assistant completed a questionnaire. Dr. Haggerty came in a minute later, introduced herself and I immediately felt that she cared about me as a person. She listened to me, looked me in the eye both when I spoke and when she spoke. She showed an interest in understanding and trying to resolve my medical issue.

You can tell this Office gives a lot of thought to its Patients. They have many Drs w many patients they move thru quickly and efficiently. You know it had to take much thought and effort do it right.
If it’s your first time, get there early to fill in your ‘paperwork.’ For us, it was 2 actual pieces of paper to describe injuries. Turn that in and I was given an iPad w admin questions and my Ins info pre loaded (that which I gave when scheduling my appt), so it was able to tell me what my co pay was and charge me there in my seat w the attached credit card swipe thing.
So that was done and I was given a beeper so I could wait in my car if I wanted.
Ten minutes before our appt time it went off. Into the back we went, placed in a room and within minutes a pre-doctor, forget her name but extremely pleasant, like everyone there, came in and went over my daughter’s injury complaints, questions and such that we needed to get off our chest. Very soon after that, like minutes, Dr Birch comes in. Looks at some old X-rays we brought in CD, but doesn’t even need to because he has familiarized himself w my daughter’s case ahead of time and has a plan worked out, which he described to us and was ready to implement.
Coming from Kaiser, where the process would have taken months if anything was done at all, we could not have felt more blessed and grateful that such a Drs office and Dr like Dr Birch exists. Minutes instead of months, thank goodness.
